MBBR Pack is a modular package solution for the biological treatment of wastewater. MBBR Pack offers the advantages of a conventional MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) system in a standard prefabricated package. The system can provide aerobic and anoxic conditions for the removal of carbon and nitrogen pollutants according to requirements.

In the MBBR biological treatment, an active biofilm grows on small specially designed plastic carriers that are kept suspended in the reactor. The microorganisms utilize contaminants present in the effluent for their biological activity and growth, thus removing them from the effluent. MBBR Pack is available in several configurations, including aerobic and anoxic, depending on the customer’s treatment goals for carbon and / or nitrogen removal.
